The teams like England,Spain,France and defending champions Italy have not played up to their reputation. The most disappointing performance was of England and Spain,they came as one of the favorites but unable to play according to their potential.
At this stage of the tournament Argentina seems to be the favorite to lift the trophy.The combination of Messi and Maradona is too hot to handle for any team. Messi although had not scored a single goal in the competition but has played the role of the “Playmaker” to the perfection.
